  1. How can I register as a seller in the store?

Answer: To register as a seller in the store I need to purchase a seller user pack which cost $155.



  1. After my registration as a seller can I login, add and sell my product in the store?

Answer: Yes.



  1. How can I add my product in the store?

Answer: To add my product in the store, I must first login to my account and go in the store (E-commerce), click to my account and selected my product, add new product, click on the + bottom, fill all required form (general, data, links, image) in each language(English, German, French) and save the form.



  1. After save the form my product will be shown in the store?

Answer: No, to be shown in the store admin must approve it in his side.



  1. I am a seller user what’s should I do to set shipping fee by zone of my product sell in the store?

Answer: I should set shipping fee by zone in the store by calculating weight of my product manually and should give it to admin all shipping fee details by zone and admin will set it in his side.



  1. Can I sell in wholesale and retail price in the store?

Answer: Yes. I can set the minimum quantity of the product and shipping fee to my Seller Pack which can be checkout to the user in the store and after approved by admin then admin will add to that Seller Pack:

  • The repurchase pack price

  • The transaction fee

  • The repurchase tax price and the flat rate price

Note: 1 Seller Pack=1 Quantity to checkout in the store

Note: When this product you have added to the store is approved by the administrator, you can verify the total amount of which any taxes included that the user (customer) can add to the cart, if only if this product cost too expensive then you can therefore have edited it on your side as the administrator can still approved it.



Note: Manufactures must sell their products at the factory price.



Note: Read the tables below before adding the product to the shop.





  1. What’s will it happen if a user buys (purchase) my product?

Answer: If a user buys (purchase) my product in the store, money will be send to admin account and the order will be pending to admin and seller store back office and admin must approved that pending order.



  1. What’s means that approve pending order by admin?

Answer: Approve pending order by admin mean that admin must change order status and must send the product and shipping amount of the product purchased to seller’s PayPal account.



  1. How can I receive the payment of my product sold in the store if admin approve it?

Answer: If I need to receive the payment of my product sold in the store, I must full in my PayPal account in my user profileand admin will send money in my PayPal account when order is approved.



10- What’s seller user can do now after received the payment of placed order by the user?

Answer: After received the payment of placed order by the user then I can now confirm that order to admin and user when shipped the product to the user.In this case I must update the shipping tracking number in the form.

11- What status can I have?

Answer: I can have two (2) statutes of the seller:

- International status

- Seller status National or Local



12- What does it mean to have the status of the international seller?

Answer: Having international vendor status means, I have to sell my product to distributors with international transit.



13- What does it mean to have the status of the National or Local salesperson?

Answer: Having the status of the National or Local salesperson means, my product can be sold by SUPERMARCHE-MUJEEN to distributors or customers on-site.



14- How many categories of the seller’s products are there in the MUJEEN store?

Answer: There are two (2) categories of the product in the MUJEEN store:

  • Category-A : called product for sale in the Seller’s Store

  • Category-B : called product for sale in SUPERMARCHE-MUJEEN



15- If my product is sold in the Seller’s Store how the distributors can receive it?

Answer: If my product is sold in the Seller’s Store the distributor must wait until the seller sends this product to him in a short time whatever the country where he is.



16- If my product is sold in the SUPERMARCHE-MUJEEN how can the recover it?

Answer: If my product is sold in the SUPERMARCHE-MUJEEN, the distributor must approach the SUPERMARCHE-MUJEEN to recover it on the spot because its presence is obligatory.
