- Deeply concerned about the extent and increase in social deprivation, the ever-increasing deterioration in the standard of living of urban and rural marketers and entrepreneurs;
- In view of the above, in spite of the substantial resources devoted to numerous projects, relational marketing development programs and the failure of networks and projects which have resulted in some cases, relationship marketing is still a factor of economic development what destiny holds for marketers and entrepreneurs in general and our country in particular.
- Consider that contrary to the analysis that characterizes the development of the network marketing and projects by Matrix Systems, E-commerce and investment, there is authentic development only where marketers and entrepreneurs were placed at the center of the process of social transformation and perceived as both prospects and investors in any community development effort.
- Considering that the participative approach to the development of relational marketing and projects also means self-promotion; that is, the ability for marketers and investors to take charge of their own destiny, to forge the weapons of their emancipation. Recognizing that in this context, the system of support for relational marketing and investment in the project is paramount.
- A platform is established, governed by the 1901 law of the organization called: Mutuelle des Jeunes Entrepreneurs « MUJEEN »
